If your Zebra 105sl printer is not printing correctly, needs adjustments, settings are out of order, or your printer is faulting often then you may need to perform a hard reset to restore your printer back to the factory settings it originally came from.
To perform a Zebra 105SL Hard Reset, first press the LCD Display “SETUP/EXIT” button twice. A “SAVE PERMANENT” message will be displayed. Once this message is displayed press the black oval error message on your Zebra 105sl LCD screen until “LOAD DEFAULTS” is displayed. Next for the Zebra 105sl hard reset you want to press the “NEXT/SAVE” button to load defaults. This will restore it to factory defaults. After that you will want to perform a calibration procedure to recalibrate your Zebra 105sl printer to your preferred settings.
