Return Policy

The Barcode Trading Post’s return policy is the best in the business because it comes with no gimmicks, tircks or hidden costs. BCTP aims to help you buy with confidence and make your business with us completely worry free. The real difference is that BCTP charges no restocking fee on our complete money back return policy. There will be no underlying 20% restocking fee applied to your return if you are not happy or the product does not meet your needs.

Our Return Policy Covers:

• New Products. Come with a 20-day no restocking fee return period. Items must be returned in “like new” condition with all accessories, documents, contents they came with, and original manufacturing packaging (do not write on box). RMA # is required prior to sending an item back.

• Refurbished Products. Come with a 40-day no restocking fee return period. Items must be returned in same condition they were purchased in, and must include all accessories, documents, contents they came with and original packaging (do not write on box). RMA # is required prior to sending an item back.

• DOA and Defective Products. DOA and defective products must be returned within return period for direct replacement or credit toward another purchase. The item must include all related software, cables and accessories that originally came with the item. DOA and defective software may be returned within 30-days of the purchase for a direct replacement copy of the same software.

• Non-Returnable Items. Special order items, software (except Wasp), print heads and custom programming services are not returnable or refundable. Print heads, if defective, must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Your Barcode Trading Post representative can assist you in this process.

• RMA Number (required). If you have any problems or issues with a product ordered from Barcode Trading Post please call one of our sales representatives immediately to resolve the issue. We have highly trained technical support to assist you with any problems. If it does become necessary to return a product Barcode Trading Post must issue a RMA number prior to any products being returned. RMA numbers are valid for 15-days from the date of issue.
